How does it work?

The laser works to selectively heat the melanin and destroy the hair follicles without damage to the surrounding skin. The integrated crystal freeze system ensures the skins surface is kept cool and protected at all times. The destruction of the hair follicle means the hair will be unable to regrow.

How many treatments are required and will it hurt?

The type of hair and area treated will determine how many sessions will be necessary for each patient. Typically the number of sessions with best results ranges from 6-8 treatments. Crystal Freeze’ technology is used for the hand-piece tip that reduces the temperature generated by the light emissions, ensuring a cool temperature even with hours of use.

Will laser hair removal permanently remove hair?

For some the removal of hair will be permanent, it’s depends on the client. On average you will see a 80% reduction in hair growth in the area that has been treated, the hair that does return you will notice it is lot less course, lighter and more sparse.

Is the deposit refundable?

All deposits are non refundable and appointments can only be moved up to 48 hours before your appointment to avoid your deposit being lost.

How old do you have to be?

18 years and over.

Can you have laser hair removal when pregnant?

Unfortunately no and also any one that is breastfeeding is unable to have treatments. As the treatment is based on the individuals hormones we advise to leave treatment until at 3 months postpartum and breast feeding to gain the best results.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations will forfeit the deposit as per our terms and conditions.

How long between each session?

We recommended that 6 weeks is left between treatment. This makes the treatment more effective by ensuring the hair is in the correct phase of growth and attached to the follicle. By leaving 6 weeks between each treatment we can ensure the maximum amount of hair is treated at the correct stage of growth to guarantee success.

Will it treat darker skin tones?

Our laser will treat darker skin tones and tanned skin unlike other lasers.
Our advanced technology combines two wavelengths, increasing versatility to deliver effective hair removal for all skin and hair types.

Can red, blonde and grey hair be treated?

Yes however more treatments may be needed in order to achieve the desired results. This will be discussed at consultation.

Will I need to grow my hair between treatments?

It’s recommended that you shave in between treatments and 24 Hours before your appointment. The hair must be no longer than 1mm when you attend your appointment.
